Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK) inaugurates integrated waste management facilities in six district/city of Citarum watershed areas as part of the Clean Citarum program. The facility spent more than Rp12 billion (US$852,396).

A senior official of Coordinating Ministry of Maritime, said on Thursday (06/09/2018) that as 90 to 95 percent of domestic waste of Citarum river has been cleaned up, it will be focusing on drilling industrial waste water pipes, in Jakarta.
Ministry of Environment and Forestry signed a Memorandum of Understanding and an agreement for integrated waste management program with six districts and cities in Citarum watershed as part to support Citarum Bersih program.
